A space to breathe, soften, and come back to yourself.

What is saunagus

Saunagus is a guided heat ritual that blends scent, sound, and intentional movement inside the sauna.

Each session is designed to stimulate the senses, deepen your breath, and gently shift the state of your nervous system. The heat opens the body, the essential oils ground the mind, and the music carries you into presence. It’s meditation, ritual, and release — all held within the simplicity of warmth.

Why i facilitate

For me, Saunagus is a way of offering people something we don’t get enough of — a moment to Come Back to ourselves.

I started facilitating because I found healing in the practice: the heat, the stillness, the music, the quiet internal shifts. I wanted to create a space where others could feel that same sense of grounding, softness, and sensory clarity. My approach is slow, intentional, and emotional in the best way. I guide sessions that help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and that part of you that slips out of reach when life gets loud. Saunagus is where you come home to yourself — gently, honestly, and completely.

SPOTIFY PLAYLISTS

This Month’s Spotify Playlists

Every month, I create a set of playlists inspired by the seasons, my training, and the energy I’m working with in my sessions. These are not just songs — they’re emotional landscapes, designed to shift your nervous system and deepen your presence.
